Heaven Hill Bottled-In-Bond

This bourbon presents a harmonious blend of vanilla, caramel, and aged oak aromas with subtle undertones of leather, tobacco, and honey. It offers a well-balanced and inviting nose, albeit slightly subdued for its proof. The palate is greeted with robust flavors of seasoned oak and spice, complemented by savory tobacco, leather, graham cracker, and butterscotch. Despite its lightweight and somewhat dry mouthfeel, the bourbon's flavor intensity is spot-on, encouraging further sips. The finish is medium to long, starting with a perfect balance of cinnamon spice and caramel sweetness, followed by oak, cherries, and vanilla. The dryness from the palate fades, allowing the sweeter notes to linger, culminating in a finish that is quintessentially bourbon-esque.

Heaven Hill Bottled-In-Bond

Heaven Hill 7 Year Bottled-In-Bond Kentucky Bourbon pays tribute to the earliest days of the distillery’s history when in 1939 it released Heaven Hill Bottled-In-Bond. The namesake brand quickly became the number-one-selling bourbon whiskey in the state of Kentucky. Still today, the craftsmanship poured into this bottle by the same founding family meets exacting standards first set forth in the Bottled-In-Bond Act of 1897. This historic offering reflects on the company founders’ firm belief it takes patience and perseverance to make something of great quality.
